MSTT Refund Policy

MSTT is committed to providing our customers with reliable and convenient transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you may receive a refund for your booked services.

General Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled service departure time will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. The processing fee will be:
    • 10% of the booking amount for Taxi Services, Bus Transport, Bike Rentals, and Train Ticket Bookings.
    • 10% of the booking amount for Truck Transport and Machinery Vehicle Transport.
    • 3% of the booking amount for Air Ticket Bookings.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service has commenced.
Additional Information:
  • Modifications: Changes to your booking, such as the date, time, or number of passengers, may be subject to a modification fee in addition to the processing fee. The modification fee will depend on the specific service and the timeliness of the request.
  • Special Promotions: Some promotional fares or offers may have specific cancellation policies that differ from this general policy. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of any promotion before booking.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we may be forced to cancel or delay a service. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your service or issue a full refund, minus the processing fee.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to book the service.

  • Have your booking confirmation number ready when you contact us.
  • We will review your request and process your refund according to this policy.
