understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. This refund policy
outlines the circumstances under which you may receive a refund for your booked services.
General Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled service departure time will be
eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. The processing fee will be:
- 10% of the booking amount for Taxi Services, Bus Transport, Bike Rentals, and Train
Ticket Bookings.
- 10% of the booking amount for Truck Transport and Machinery Vehicle Transport.
- 3% of the booking amount for Air Ticket Bookings.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service departure time will not be eligible
for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service has commenced.
Additional Information:
- Modifications: Changes to your booking, such as the date, time, or number of passengers, may
be subject to a modification fee in addition to the processing fee. The modification fee will
depend on the specific service and the timeliness of the request.
- Special Promotions: Some promotional fares or offers may have specific cancellation policies
that differ from this general policy. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of any
promotion before booking.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such
as weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we may be forced to cancel
or delay a service. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your service or issue a
full refund, minus the processing fee.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of your cancellation
request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to book the service.

- Have your booking confirmation number ready when you contact us.
- We will review your request and process your refund according to this policy.
